Privacy notice
Riftly is a trading name of Simple Web Solutions. This notice explains how we handle website enquiries and your choices about tracking.
What you share with us
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email and business name. You can also share your website and phone number. We collect your project answers, such as budget, timing and who makes the decision. The form may include campaign details from the link you used to reach us.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your enquiry, respond to you and discuss your project. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the project description.
How your enquiry is delivered
We store enquiries in GoHighLevel, the tool we use to manage leads and client details. We use your answers to check whether the project fits our service and agree the next step. A person reviews enquiries that need a closer look. If you book a call, Cal.com collects the booking details and adds it to our connected Google Calendar. We match the email to your enquiry. We save the time, meeting link and status in GoHighLevel. We also update the record when you change or cancel a booking.
Analytics
Optional tracking stays off until you allow it. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits and improve the site. Clarity cannot see the text you enter in form fields. With your permission, Meta and Google Ads (when set up) help us link enquiries to ads. After a successful enquiry, Meta may receive browser details, ad identifiers and a hashed email through its Conversions API. Hashing turns the email into a coded value. It does not make it anonymous. We do not send your project message to ad platforms. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Adobe Fonts provides our fonts. Vercel hosts the website.
Your choices and rights
We use enquiry details to answer your request and discuss our services. Optional tracking relies on your consent. Providers may process data outside the UK, using the safeguards that apply to those transfers. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for your request, any work that follows and our legal duties. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can object to its use or withdraw consent. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
